Ten young women from a Christian outreach group spend their summer vacation in the Russian wilderness. With tents and hiking gear packed, they tackle the infamous Diablo Peak in an attempt to curb the foolish superstitions of the locals and help convert them away from their pagan beliefs.

Despite numerous warnings that their hiking trip falls on ‘The Night of the Beast’, the women begin their ascent, determined to prove to the locals that their worries are unfounded.

During the course of the hike, the women have a chance to find out a little more about each other, and friendships grow while others flounder.

A sudden and brutal attack by mountain men leaves the group bewildered and frightened, but when their only route back is destroyed, they must forge ahead to the summit where they know salvation is at hand in the form of a research station.

During the climb, supernatural forces begin to rise from the rock of the mountain and the women find themselves in a desperate fight for survival as the Demon King of the Peak seeks to claim their bodies for his own.

Twenty senior citizens, in varying degrees of health, are taken on a day trip from their comfortable residence in Twilight Pastures Retirement Home to visit the rejuvenating hot springs deep in the Arizona desert.

During the course of their road trip, their drunken driver takes a wrong turn and falls asleep at the wheel, causing them to crash in the middle of nowhere.

The tour guide is next to useless, and the old folks have to rely on their own ingenuity to survive the night and find some way to get home.

Unfortunately, their efforts have attracted the attention of a bloodthirsty clan of mutated cannibals and the senior citizens find themselves in the middle of a fierce battle for survival. Old war heroes come into their own, and others come up with clever uses for their medical equipment, in the siege that follows.

A small boy’s fantasies become reality when he valiantly tries to defend his beloved grandfather against The Big C.

Timmy Markham is a six-year-old boy with an overactive imagination and a deep love for his grandfather, grandpa Al, who he idolizes. In Timmy’s fantasies, he is Astonishing Boy, a super hero with the powers to fight evildoers wherever he finds them (generally in his back yard). Astonishing Boy is ably supported by his sidekick, El Snoro, who looks amazingly like his grandfather.

What Timmy doesn’t realize is that grandpa Al is staying with the family because he has cancer, and Timmy’s parents can’t afford a hospice. Grandpa Al’s imminent death and financial strife create more and more tension in the household, and Timmy must retreat into his fantasy world more regularly to avoid having to deal with his parents.

When he accidentally overhears his parents discussing grandpa Al’s illness, Timmy’s alter ego finds himself battling The Big C, a shapeless, dark blob that threatens to kill his beloved grandpa.

The story climaxes on a day when Timmy manages to save another child’s life in the real world, just as his grandpa finally succumbs to his cancer. Timmy’s triumph brings prosperity to the family, but is tinged with tragedy.

However, at the funeral, Timmy is the only one smiling, and we watch as Astonishing Boy and El Snoro roar away into the sunset, presumably off on another extraordinary adventure.

The stories hurtle headlong towards their explosive conclusion, and not everyone will be boarding the plane on the following day.

A spoiled socialite throws a pajama party for her equally spoiled friends and accidentally conjures up a demon through an ouija board, which promptly begins to possess them all.

Johannesburg Carlton takes advantage of her parents being out of the house for a fundraising event, and invites ten of her socialite buddies over to her house for a pajama party and gossip.

During the course of the evening, the girls dabble in some fun with an ouija board, but things get out of hand when frightening messages start appearing and the girls are freaked out.

One of the weaker-willed girls is possessed by a conjured demon from the board and proceeds to attack her friends, possessing them in turn and turning them into flesh-craving, decomposing hags. The remaining girls must attempt to survive the night and live to see the next sunrise, but because of their pampered upbringings, not one of them has any savvy or talents that could be useful.

Ultimately, their true colors shine through, as the girls turn on each other in a desperate bid to be the one who stays alive.

A motley group of destitute youths kick an old man out of his home and take it for themselves, little knowing that he is a deranged psychopath known as The Collector...

Six down and out youths with a multitude of personal demons, break into what appears to be a derelict house. They are surprised when they find the filthy home already has a resident, but in a brutal display of machismo, some of the youths beat the old man and throw him out, claiming the house for their own.

As they proceed to clean the rooms and make themselves comfortable, the group makes some horrific discoveries, including one room full of creatures ranging from tiny insects to domestic pets all pinned to the wall in a macabre display.

Despite reservations, the group seals off the room and decides to stay, little knowing that they have inadvertently stumbled into the lair of a long forgotten serial killer known as The Collector.

A few nights later, The Collector returns, drugging and incarcerating the group, then choosing them one at a time to be the next ‘objet d’art’ in his gruesome collection.
As the group is decimated one by one, the others frantically attempt to escape their bonds and flee from the hell that they find themselves in.

When just one of the group remains, a horrific game of cat and mouse ensues, with the winner being the one who walks away from the house.
